Administrative Manager

Full supervision of administrative operations within the company, showroom, and branches Organizing and monitoring daily workflow inside the showroom, warehouses, and different departments Monitoring employee attendance, schedules, and vacations Supervising security, cleaning, and periodic maintenance activities for the showroom and company facilities Coordinating between sales, purchasing, and warehouse departments to ensure fast order processing Following up on showroom operational needs and ensuring availability of required supplies Managing and maintaining files, contracts, and administrative documents in an organized manner Following up with suppliers and service providers and negotiating the best offers Preparing periodic administrative reports and submitting them to top management Solving operational and administrative issues quickly and efficiently Ensuring implementation of company policies and maintaining discipline within the workplace Supervising showroom setup and organization to achieve the best operational and sales appearance Monitoring safety and security procedures within the showroom and warehouses Developing administrative systems and improving operational efficiency within the company Leading and motivating the administrative team to achieve the highest level of performance
