We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings Provide accurate information about products and services Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved Maintain customer records and prepare reports when needed Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns Build and maintain positive relationships with clients Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills
