Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development through final execution, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. Supervise and mentor a high-performing team of designers and engineers, fostering a collaborative culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous professional development. Manage multiple projects at the same time, ensuring timely delivery within budget and in accordance with project objectives and quality standards. Prepare and review drawings, layouts, presentations, and design documentation to ensure accuracy and effective communication of design intent. Support and guide designers through mentorship, technical direction, and performance development initiatives.
