Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor

Gamma International College is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance / Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of the school campus and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of school facilities, coordinating repairs, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the school environment in accordance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and facility operations across the school campus. Monitor the condition of school buildings, classrooms, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on time. Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and external service providers. Coordinate repairs related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance works. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety risks. Maintain maintenance records, reports, and inventory of tools and supplies. Support emergency response procedures and resolve urgent maintenance issues promptly. Coordinate with school departments to ensure minimal disruption to school operations. Monitor contractors’ performance and ensure quality standards are maintained. Assist in planning maintenance budgets and procurement requirements. Ensure school facilities remain safe, functional, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
