Financial Controller

The Opportunity We are looking for a Financial Controller to build and lead our finance function. This is a hands-on, build-from-the-ground-up role for someone who wants real ownership. You will establish proper financial reporting, bring our records and systems up to a professional standard, lead the finance team, and become the trusted source of financial visibility for the CEO. If you are a finance professional who enjoys creating order, building processes, and seeing the direct impact of your work on how a business is run, this role offers exactly that.   What You'll Do • Produce complete monthly management reporting — P&L, cash position, and receivables and payables — delivered reliably and on time • Build segment-level reporting across our business lines • Establish and maintain accurate customer accounts and statements • Take ownership of our ERP (Odoo) accounting function and bring it to full, reliable operation • Manage cash flow and short-term forecasting • Oversee tax compliance, statutory filings, and the external audit relationship • Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear standards and expectations
