Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) ( Food Manufacturing )

1. Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.  Efficiently controlling for the budget. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning.  Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights.  Partner with business units to align financial plans with strategic objectives.  2. Management Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.  Monthly reporting for Actual Vs Budget. Deliver high-quality financial dashboards and KPIs for senior leadership.  Provide clear commentary on financial results, risks, and opportunities.  3. 3. Financial Control & Accuracy Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across systems and reports.  Collaborate with accounting teams to validate financial results.  Support month-end and year-end closing processes from an FP&A perspective.  4. Strategic Support Support long-term strategic planning and investment decisions.  Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling.  Evaluate business cases, capital expenditures, and new initiatives.  5. Stakeholder Management Act as a key finance business partner to operational and executive teams.  Present financial insights to senior management and board members.  Coordinate with external auditors and consultants when required.  6. Systems & Process Improvement Enhance financial planning tools, reporting systems, and automation.  Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting efficiency.
