HR Coordinator

Job Title: HR Coordinator    We are looking for a motivated HR Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to support our recruitment and HR operations, with a special emphasis on sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new talents   Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates through various channels ( focusing on specialized Blue-collars Talents) Schedule and conduct initial screening interviews Coordinate onboarding processes and documentation Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases Support HR operations and employee engagement activities Assist in job postings and talent pipeline development Coordinate with operations teams to fulfill staffing requirements Assist in training and performance evaluations activates   Location: Saba Basha, Alexandria, Egypt Employment Type: Full-time
