HSE Manager

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management systems, policies, procedures, and standards tailored to heavy industry environments Ensure full compliance with all relevant local, national, and international HSE regulations, legislation, and permits Design and deliver specialized HSE training programs for employees and contractors, focusing on high-risk environments, safe work practices, and emergency response Lead and manage a team of HSE engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring effective program implementation Plan and conduct regular HSE audits and inspections across all work areas and equipment to ensure compliance and identify non-conformities Lead investigations of incidents, accidents, and near misses using root cause analysis to prevent recurrence Develop and implement emergency preparedness and response plans for potential incidents such as fires, explosions, chemical spills, and equipment failures
