IT Operation Specialist

Soft Skills & Other Requirements Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written. High troubleshooting capacity, customer focus, and timely response to user requests.​ Time management and ability to work independently and in teams.​ Willing to work from 6th October factory (on-site presence required).​   Responsibilities Provide first and second line technical support for factory systems (hardware, software, and networks).​ Administer and maintain business-critical IT services (user accounts, access control, network shares).​ Deploy, monitor, and update endpoints; ensure IT security and compliance standards are met.​ Coordinate with central IT for project rollouts, upgrades, and incident escalation.​
