Junior Accountant

fresh accountant fresh graduated  Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results Analyze financial information and summaries financial status Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process Provide input into department’s goal setting process Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance Support month-end and year-end close process Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis Prepare monthly account reconciliations Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis And report on variances Assist with financial and tax audits Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements Assist with quarterly producer commission reports; analyzing and correcting discrepancies Other duties as assigned.
