Mall Operation Supervisor

Supervise daily mall operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance. Ensure all facilities are operating efficiently and meet safety standards. Coordinate with tenants to resolve operational issues promptly. Monitor service providers and contractors’ performance. Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports. Support in implementing policies, procedures, and emergency plans. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
