Material Engineer

1-Material Planning & Procurement Develop material requirement plans based on production needs. Create and process purchase requisitions in alignment with procurement procedures. Coordinate with suppliers to follow up on production status, delivery schedules, and material acceptance. Assess material readiness in advance and provide Production with complete material information (Material Kitting). 2-Production Material Control Monitor material consumption in the production department and generate data for replenishment and loss tracking. Control, manage, and handle raw material inventory to ensure proper stock levels and accuracy. Prepare monthly reports for the Finance Department covering required orders and actual production usage. 3-Warehouse Coordination & Compliance Audit warehouse reports and ensure adherence to company procedures and standards. Oversee and audit all warehouse-related activities, logs, and documentation. Act as the focal point between the Warehouse and WIP teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and consistency of all related reports. 4-Reporting & Documentation Generate and issue required reports such as material forecasts, defect and damaged material reports, and kitting reports (daily, monthly, etc.).
