Medical Operations Team Leader

Location: Degla, Maadi (Hybrid/On-site) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Days: 5 Days/Week  About the Role We are looking for a Medical Operations Team Leader to join our growing team at HealPath. This role plays a critical part in managing and optimizing healthcare operations across Chronic Care Management (CCM), Chronic Refill, and Telehealth services. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across medical programs (CCM & Chronic Refill) Coordinate between Clinical Pharmacists, Customer Support, IT, and Quality teams Monitor workflows, SLAs, and operational KPIs Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy across systems Support patient journey optimization and service delivery Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution Track performance and prepare operational reports Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and internal SOPs  What We Offer Medical & Social Insurance Career growth in Digital Health Exposure to advanced healthcare operations & systems
