Operations Executive

Managing and organizing regional operational meetings and agendas. Preparing professional meeting minutes and following up on action items. Supporting in developing and reviewing operational plans, SOPs, workflows, policies, and procedures. Following up with Country Managers, Branch Managers, and different departments regarding operational execution. Assisting in operational governance, reporting, dashboards, and execution tracking. Supporting strategic and operational projects across branches and regional operations.
