Planning Engineer

• Reviewing Contract Bids Terms & Conditions, Specifications, Bill of Material & Drawing • Create Project Schedule starting from Project Master Schedule to the Detailed Schedule • Create Project Recovery Plan & Revised Schedule according to EOT & Prolongation Cost • Following up & Coordinating with the Client, All Project Parties, Suppliers & Subcontractors • Reviewing & Issue Daily, Weekly Report, Monthly Report, Quarter Report & Annual Report whenever request • Manage, Monitoring & Controlling Project Budget & Invoices according to the Project Contract  • Updating Monthly Project Schedule, " Area of Concern " & Delay Analysis, Cost & Time Impact Report • Ensure accurate & timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project • Manage, Monitoring & Controlling Subcontractors' daily activities according to Project Time Schedule • Maintain effective on-going communication with Construction Team & Engineering Team • Ensuring that all Site Inspections & FAT is carried out on time as requested to the Client & Recorded • Reviewing Subcontractors’ Claim in co-ordination with the Project Contract and Specifications • Handling all logistics issue from shipping till arrived to the project warehouse to make that the company can     issue the invoices
