Production Manager

Oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved Plan and organize production schedules according to demand and deadlines Monitor production processes and adjust schedules when needed Ensure products meet quality standards and company specifications Manage production staff, supervisors, and machine operators Improve productivity, efficiency, and reduce production costs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods Prepare production reports and analyze KPIs (output, waste, efficiency, downtime, etc.) Collaborate with other departments such as Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Warehouse Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization Train and evaluate production employees and supervisors Handle production-related issues and implement corrective actions
