Sourcing raw materials for the sector, including essential oils, aromatic plants, and seeds. Receiving purchase requests from the Planning Department and obtaining quotations from multiple suppliers to secure the best prices and highest quality. Collecting and inspecting raw material samples; upon approval, coordinating with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and payment terms. Following up with the Accounting Department regarding suppliers’ accounts and payments. Preparing weekly reports on the prices of medicinal plants and essential oils. Preparing monthly market reports covering pricing, agricultural conditions, and available quantities of medicinal plants and essential oils. Preparing quarterly reports, evaluating suppliers, and maintaining the approved suppliers list. Preparing analytical reports on quantities and prices of each item to support cost reduction initiatives. Identifying and developing new suppliers with better alternatives in the market to enhance quality, reduce costs, or achieve both objectives. Preparing annual contracts with suppliers. Reviewing forecasts with the Planning Department and coordinating accordingly with suppliers. Conducting regular visits to suppliers.
