Quality Engineer

Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials and finished products meet our high-quality standards through rigorous inspection, data-driven analysis, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities  Quality Control & Inspection: Perform comprehensive inspections of raw materials, systems, and finished goods to ensure full compliance with internal and external specifications.  Standard Development: Define, implement, and update quality and production guidelines to maintain operational excellence. Data Analysis & SPC: Utilize statistical methods (such as Statistical Process Control) to monitor production processes, analyze defect trends, and identify areas for quality enhancement. Technical Problem Solving: Investigate root causes of production malfunctions or defects and implement effective, long-term solutions.  Documentation: Prepare detailed daily and technical reports regarding defects, malfunctions, and proposed corrective actions.  Coordination & Training: Collaborate closely with production teams and suppliers; provide technical training to subordinates to elevate the team’s quality skill set
