Quality Lab

Key Responsibilities:   Perform release tests on production samples (thickness, color, weight, leakage, drop test, etc.) Conduct routine chemical and physical laboratory tests Record and analyze test results accurately Prepare daily and weekly quality reports Monitor mold issues and coordinate with maintenance Review orders on SAP and report discrepancies Evaluate new raw materials and suppliers Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment Follow quality, safety, and hygiene standards
