R&D Engineer

Design and develop mechanical components and product assemblies. Create 3D models and 2D technical drawings using SolidWorks or similar software. Support prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs. Collaborate with production, tooling, and electrical teams to ensure manufacturability. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas. Research new materials to support innovation and product improvement. Contribute to the development of custom applications and ERP systems used in factory operations.
