Research & Development Manager

We are hiring a Research & Development Manager to join our growing detergents company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in formulation, product innovation, and quality improvement within the cleaning products industry. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of new detergent and cleaning product formulations - Improve existing products to enhance performance and cost-efficiency - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards - Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align product strategy - Stay updated on industry trends and raw material innovations Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred) - Proven experience in R&D within detergents or FMCG industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with laboratory testing and product scaling - Excellent leadership and communication skills
