Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Manage Leads: Respond to new customer inquiries by phone, email, and online forms. Provide Expert Advice: Listen to customer needs and offer expert advice on products, printing methods (like screen printing or embroidery), and designs. Guide Orders: Walk customers through the ordering and payment process, including how to approve their final design and understand production timelines. Create Quotes: Generate accurate quotes using our system based on the project's details, like garment type, quantity, and design complexity. Help Customers Buy More: Upsell and Cross-sell. Find opportunities to sell additional products or upgrades that fit the customer's needs. Build Relationships: Create strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Follow up with quotes on a daily and weekly basis Documenting incoming calls example  (adding customer name, number etc.) Order Management Review Artwork: Check customer designs to ensure they're high quality and ready for printing. Create Proofs: Make digital mockups for customer approval if they need a final design before production. Track Orders: Keep an eye on orders and provide updates to customers who want to check on their status. Solve Problems: Handle customer issues, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure they're happy with the final product. Answer Questions: Be the go-to person for all customer questions about our products, services, and policies. Teamwork & Administration Use Our CRM: Keep all customer and order information accurate and up-to-date in our system. Stay Organized: Maintain clear records of all quotes and customer communication. Work with Internal Team: Coordinate with our production team to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time. Also work with the designer to clean customers designs. Learn and Grow: Stay informed about new products, trends, and technologies in the printing and embroidery industry.
