Sales Coordinator

• Entering orders into the Oracle system.               • Collecting and following up on customer payments.               • Coordinating with factories to track finished production.               • Liaising with warehouses to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.               • Coordinating invoices with the accounting team and following up collections.               • Sending product samples to customers and collecting samples when required.               • Conducting online and social media research to identify potential customers.               • Scheduling and arranging appointments with customers, including follow-ups for visits.
