Senior Architectural QS Engineer - (Residential Projects)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior QS & Invoices Engineer to manage quantity surveying, cost control, subcontractor payments,  and commercial activities related to architectural & civil works. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate quantity take-offs, valuation of works, invoice preparation, variation management, and contract compliance throughout project execution. Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs and review BOQs for architectural works. Monitor project costs and support budget control. Prepare and review contractor invoices and payment certificates. Manage client billing, variations, and final accounts. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, finance, and project teams. Prepare commercial and cost reports. Ensure compliance with contracts and company procedures.
