Responsible for providing excellent customer service. In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction.  Responsible for responding to clients’ inquiries promptly and professionally following  company’s policies and procedures.  Explore opportunities to deliver added value to the clients.  Responsible for preparing and updating the daily report.  Responsible for handling and following up with customers’ complaints and requests promptly.  Communicate with the clients regarding any events, and campaigns.  Perform any other duties as assigned
