Senior HSE Engineer

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and program Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standard Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation plannin Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action Perform regular site inspections, audits, and safety assessment Provide technical HSE guidance to project and operations team Monitor environmental performance and ensure adherence to environmental regulation Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness program Prepare and submit HSE reports, KPIs, and compliance documentatio Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditor Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and cultur Support emergency preparedness and response planning
