We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager / Social Media Head (Social Media Lead)   We’re not looking for someone to manage social media.We’re looking for someone who can own the strategy, lead a team, and drive real results. This is a leadership role for someone who understands that social media is not just content — it’s performance, positioning, and business impact.   ???? What you’ll own: The full Social Media Strategy (end-to-end) Turning strategy into content calendars & platform-specific execution plans Leading and developing a team of Social Media & Community Managers Reviewing and elevating creative output with the Art Team Driving performance through insights, analysis & continuous optimization Ensuring consistency, quality & brand voice across all platforms Collaborating with Account, Creative & Media teams on integrated campaigns   We’re looking for someone who: Thinks in strategy, not just posting Knows how to lead people AND performance Understands how content, media & branding work together Has experience in fast-paced agency environments     Working Setup: 8 flexible working hours Core hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM Two days off per week (Friday & Saturday)   What we offer: Competitive salary Medical & social insurance Real ownership & growth opportunities (not just execution)
