We design and operate cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments for mid-market and enterprise customers across Cyprus, Greece, and the wider region. Our work spans Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, hybrid identity, Windows Server estates, cybersecurity (Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel), Intune / MDM, and NIS2 compliance advisory. We are scaling. Our customers are moving from pure on-premise into hybrid and cloud-first architectures, and they expect a partner who can architect across all three worlds — not push one product. We are building a remote engineering hub in Egypt to support this growth. The Role You will be Ralliton's first Solution Architect — the senior technical authority on customer-facing solution design. You sit between Sales and Delivery: you turn customer problems into Microsoft architectures that our engineers can build, our customers can sign for, and Microsoft will recognise as Solutions Partner-grade work.
