Supervise the moderation team in managing user interactions and responding to inquiries. Monitor the full sales cycle on the website, from order creation to purchase completion and branch installation. Team Management: Supervise the website team, including web designers, developers, and content creators. Assign tasks and set priorities. Evaluate team performance and provide guidance. Add, update, and remove products. Track orders and inventory. Ensure secure payment processing. Resolve customer issues and respond to inquiries.
