Prepare and submit comprehensive technical and commercial proposals in response to client tenders. Conduct detailed cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project budgets and enhance competitiveness. Maintain up-to-date records of all tender and procurement activities, including bid documentation and supplier databases. Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to clarify technical queries and ensure compliance with project requirements. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure quality standards. Support contract negotiations and assist in finalizing procurement agreements in line with company policies. Ensure all tender and procurement processes adhere to company quality, safety, and ethical standards.
