JOB PURPOSE:
Achieve assigned territory Food Services sales objectives by implementing route to market strategy and allocating right resources, to ensure delivery of agreed volume, revenue and collection targets.
Day- to-day Operations
Supervises the day-to-day operations of Food Services Sales within the territory to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
Maintaining Current Customers
Maintaining current customers (Sub Distributors) through daily/weekly visits to ensure regular growth and development. And resolving and problems / delay.
Responsible for recommending new sales channels and assigning new Sub Distributors to maximize volume and profit objectives.
New Sales Channels
Responsible for recommending new sales channels and assigning new Sub Distributors to maximize volume and profit objectives.
Market credit/collection
Responsible for market credit/collection by weekly monitoring for the Customers’ credit limit and period to secure channel cash flow.
Territory Coverage
Responsible for Territory volume by enhancing territory objective & KPI’S to deliver pre-set volume objectives & growth.
Deliver volume / revenue targets, by implementing sales strategy and designed activities / programs in his territory to ensure sales target is achieved
