Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day communication, expectations, and relationship health
Review and approve content plans submitted by SMS Specialists, providing strategic feedback aligned with each client's business objectives
Present approved content to clients, manage the feedback cycle, and finalize content plans within the established approval timeline
Review completed reel edits and design deliverables for quality, brand alignment, and strategic fit before client delivery
Oversee cross-functional delivery by coordinating between designers, editors, videographers, and SMS Specialists to ensure all deliverables are on track
Confirm weekly shooting schedules with clients and ensure all logistics are aligned ahead of production days
Manage client onboarding for new accounts, including kickoff meetings, brand immersion, and workflow setup
Handle client escalations, concerns, and sensitive situations with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking
Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Identify upselling and growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales function on expansion proposals
Monitor overall account health indicators including content approval turnaround, client responsiveness, and satisfaction levels.
