This role is critical in ensuring high-quality technical delivery, cost optimization, and effective team leadership across project phases. *Key Responsibilities* Lead and guide the technical team through design and project execution stages Review and validate engineering designs, site surveys, and technical outputs Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and performance management for the team Prepare and supervise PV system designs and simulations Develop cost-effective technical solutions and project estimations Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company procedures Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical inputs Monitor and control project costs for awarded projects Identify technical gaps within the team and implement improvement strategies Deliver high-quality technical proposals, drawings, and documentation Support operational teams with technical expertise
