About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience leading technology projects, managing technical teams, and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. This role requires a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for government and private sector clients, with experience working within both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. You will be responsible for leading infrastructure expansion projects, developing new systems, managing technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery from conception through implementation. Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, engineers, and technical staff. • Plan and deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure and system implementation projects for government and private sector clients. • Manage project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. • Oversee the full lifecycle of application development (web, mobile, and desktop). • Design and implement solutions involving AI, cybersecurity, networking, and Microsoft technologies. • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards. • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Manage project risks, resources, timelines, and technical deliverables. • Provide technical leadership throughout solution design, deployment, and support.
