Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for tender submissions, including technical and commercial proposals. Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment. Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Conduct technical reviews of tender documents and identify potential risks and opportunities. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to gather the necessary information. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, design, finance) to ensure all aspects of the tender are covered. Participate in pre-tender meetings and site visits as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tender activities. Prepare detailed tender reports and presentations for management review. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies Prepare interim invoices based on project milestones, contract terms, and client requirements.
