Overview: As our HR Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our human resources department, responsible for overseeing all HR functions. Responsibilities:
Lead the full cycle of recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Manage all aspects of personnel administration, including employee records, contracts, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support a fair, productive, and engaging work environment.
Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development plans.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
Champion employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture and resolving conflicts effectively.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Egypt.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on all HR-related matters.
