Main Responsibilities:-
Receive and review hiring requests in line with actual needs
Participate in job fairs and promote the company as an attractive employer
Post job vacancies on different platforms, screen CVs, and shortlist candidates
Contact candidates and arrange interview schedules
Coordinate with department heads to schedule and conduct technical interviews
Support employee surveys and implement monthly and quarterly engagement programs
Follow up on the training plan and collect training evaluation feedback
Notify employees about training schedules and ensure attendance
Update all training data on the HR system
Implement employee recognition and reward programs
Manage employee benefits (e.g., medical insurance) and ensure employees understand how to use them
Conduct exit interviews and submit monthly reports to the HR Manager
