Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs.
Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates professionally.
Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Organizational Development (OD):
Support performance management processes (KPIs, appraisals, performance reviews).
Assist in designing and implementing training and development programs.
Participate in organizational structure design and job descriptions development.
Support employee engagement initiatives and culture development.
Contribute to succession planning and talent development programs.
