Key Responsibilities Coordinate local and international shipments and transportation activities Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely deliveries Prepare and review shipping documents, customs paperwork, and invoices Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers Track shipments and resolve any transportation or delivery issues Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency Maintain accurate logistics records and reporting systems Ensure compliance with company policies and import/export regulations Support warehouse and procurement teams when required
