About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service / PR Representative to manage client communication before and after delivery. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth customer experience, confirming delivery details, and collecting feedback to improve our service and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers before delivery to confirm order details, timing, and readiness
Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and proper installation
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and issues professionally
Track and document customer experience for each order
Identify recurring problems and report them to management (delivery delays, damages, miscommunication, etc.)
Coordinate with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve issues quickly
Follow up on website orders from confirmation stage until successful delivery
Maintain clear and organized communication records
