Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Pricing spare parts through authorized dealers and spare parts shops.
Monitoring periodic vehicle maintenance by tracking their operating locations.
Issuing periodic or emergency maintenance requests, following up on execution, and keeping scanned copies.
Communicating with service centers and authorized dealers to coordinate periodic maintenance when required.
Maintaining continuous communication with suppliers, providing support, and resolving issues promptly.
Tracking the expiration dates of partner contracts and consulting with the direct manager regarding renewal decisions.
Following up on insurance policy renewals with appropriate companies after reviewing the vehicle’s current insurance file.
Communicating with new suppliers and handling contracting processes.
Communicating with service providers and issuing quotations and invoices for repairs.
Coordinating with the licensing officer to renew vehicle licenses, preparing required documents, and following up until completion.
Checking the traffic violations system daily/monthly, preparing monthly reports, and following up on payments.
