Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Lead the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying reputable suppliers to negotiating favorable terms and executing purchase orders.
Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers, ensuring consistent quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
Logistics & Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline inbound and outbound material flows, minimize lead times, and enhance overall supply chain resilience.
Cost Reduction & Efficiency: Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the purchasing function.
Contract Management: Oversee the management of purchasing contracts, ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, pricing dynamics, and new product developments.
Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management principles. Proficiency in Vendor Management, Negotiation, and Contract Management is essential. Experience with ERP Systems, particularly SAP, will be highly valued.
