Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for residential and commercial projects. Prepare and review architectural drawings and working drawings. Produce 3D models and design presentations when required. Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure design integration. Ensure that designs comply with local regulations, codes, and project requirements. Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and management directions. Participate in project meetings and design discussions. Support the preparation of design presentations and project documentation. Ensure all design deliverables are completed accurately and within project timelines.
