The Product Line Specialist –(Cosmeceutical (Dermatology & Home Care)is responsible for the strategic management, positioning, and commercial performance of a dedicated cosmeceutical product portfolio, spanning both topical home-use formulations and professional dermatology-grade applications. This role ensures alignment between clinical value, market demand, and business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute product line strategies aligned with brand positioning, clinical differentiation, and revenue targets across consumer and professional channels
* Conduct in-depth market intelligence and competitive benchmarking, with focus on dermatological trends, active ingredient innovations, and emerging treatment protocols
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, medical affairs, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development, claims substantiation, and go-to-market execution
* Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept validation and formulation briefing to launch, scaling, and phase-out, including pricing architecture and inventory optimization
* Analyze commercial and clinical performance metrics (sell-through, clinic adoption rates, consumer feedback, treatment outcomes) and implement data-driven optimization strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key dermatologists and aesthetic physicians, including regular scientific meetings, product detailing, and feedback collection
* Develop and expand a network of partner clinics and dermatology centers, fostering long-term collaborations for product adoption, protocol integration, and clinical validation
* Translate dermatologist insights, KOL feedback, and end-user needs into actionable product enhancements and pipeline innovation
* Ensure product positioning reflects scientific credibility, regulatory compliance, and therapeutic relevance within both aesthetic and medical dermatology contexts
