Systems Configuration & Support
Support system setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
Monitor and resolve technical issues related to networks, printers, telephony, and security systems
Ensure smooth operation of core IT services (email, antivirus, printing systems)
Assist in aligning IT solutions with business needs across departments
Licenses & Access Management
Ensure compliance with software licensing and usage policies
Support secure network access for users, including remote access
Provide technical guidance and support to end users
Troubleshooting & Help Desk
Provide day-to-day technical support and resolve user issues
Troubleshoot connectivity and communication issues
Coordinate with IT teams across sister companies for issue resolution
Support infrastructure development for expanding business needs
Supplier & Vendor Coordination
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery
Stay updated on new technologies and market trends
Support evaluation of technical solutions and suppliers
IT Policies & User Management
Assist in implementing IT policies, access controls, and security measures
Support defining user roles and permissions
Ensure compliance with IT guidelines and system usage policies
