Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage and develop relationships with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals, and strategic accounts.
Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned customers.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing agreements, and promotions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.
Monitor customer sales performance and implement growth plans.
Launch new products through distribution partners effectively.
Distribution & Operations
Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor stock levels, order fulfillment, and product availability.
Resolve customer complaints related to deliveries, shortages, or returns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Reporting
Prepare regular sales reports, account performance reviews, and business plans.
Track KPIs such as sales growth, order fulfillment, collection efficiency, and market share.
