From branded merchandise to customized corporate solutions, iDesign delivers innovative products for individuals and businesses.   Role Description We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Partnership Executive to join our team in Berlin. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on generating revenue, building strategic partnerships, and expanding iDesign’s customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and developing long-term relationships with clients and partners. You will play a key role in scaling the company’s sales pipeline and driving growth   Compensation Base Salary: 7000 (monthly) Commission: Attractive commission on every closed deal and generated sales (uncapped earning potential)   Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets Present iDesign’s products and services to potential clients Negotiate contracts and close deals Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, marketing) to ensure successful delivery Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM tools Represent the company in meetings Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling startup Access to learning and development resources Dynamic and creative work environment If you want, I can make it: More aggressive (sales-heavy startup style) More corporate/polished (for LinkedIn) Or tailor it specifically for the German market expectations
