We are looking for a driven Sales Specialist to join our retail team in Sheraton, Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging customers, driving sales performance, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.   Key Responsibilities:   Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently Provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products Present products clearly with strong knowledge of features and benefits Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and market trends Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally Support merchandising and maintain an organized sales floor Collaborate with team members to improve overall store performance     Skills & Technologies: This role requires a strong ability to consistently achieve sales targets alongside a deep commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will use CRM systems to manage customer interactions effectively, applying strong communication and negotiation skills in every engagement.
