About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Building Operations & Maintenance Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience. In this critical role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the day-to-day operation, preventive maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of building systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, and schedule a team of technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate all maintenance and operational activities.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
• Manage end-to-end building maintenance projects.
• Supervise third-party service providers and contractors.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
