Job Description الوصف الوظيفي

Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with non-food suppliers to ensure product quality, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery schedules. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to maximize value and minimize risk. Initiate, process, and monitor purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies and timelines. Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays proactively. Conduct regular market research to stay informed on product trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging vendors. Analyze product performance, supplier performance, and purchasing data to drive cost efficiencies and strategic sourcing decisions. Manage and execute purchase order amendments and coordinate stop payment requests as needed, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and alignment with procurement policies and supplier agreements.
